No, the Federal Reserve is not being run by Monkeys. Monkeys are smarter and more honorable. In dealing with our country's problems I personally think we should take the same course of action as the Chinese did years ago when they dealt with their drug problem and lawyers. It would solve many of our country's problems. AND it would save lots of money!
