  1. You use only Gann or also Fibo's and EW ?

To me Elliot wave and religion are equally useful, and both curiously enough are based on the supernatural, i.e., require an active imagination to reach their full power.

  3. Because TRADERS have virtually no use for fundamental analysis.

  4. I have used Fibronacci almost exclusively for many years, IMO, price and time is all one needs, that is, if you know how to use them properly.

  5. Yes, because most of the time Wave 3 is a fibonacci multiple of Wave 1 ( ie. 1.382 or 1.618 ).

I have found "pivots" and fibs to work fairly consistently . . . EWT is kind of a work in progress depending on your knowledge base of the theory. It certainly can be an "after-the-fact" concept, but if your understanding of EWT is fairly comprehensive, it can be used as a pretty valuable tool, in my opinion.

For example, take a look at the current chart of CRDN. Looks like 5 waves to me, and 5 equals the length of 1 at $28.65

He no longer posts, but it is still a nice free resource for Fib stuff that has a few years worth of posts:

  7. I got started with fibos from the Frost/Prechter book about EW
and don't think fibos can be used as effectively without knowing
    something about EW
maybe I'm not very good at EW analysis because there's many
times when I've no idea what the Price is doing or going to do
and EW doesn't provide the answer
I've never used the Gann Wheel but believe some use it to good
effect; the problem with Gann Lines/Angles with MetaStock which
is my main charting program is the lines move when the chart's
rescaled or tf changed so while the lines can be very accurate it's
simpler to use the Standard Error Channel, sometimes the Fibo
fan tho there's only 3 lines, and always a couple of fibos
there's also angled fibo lines - MetaTrader 4 if you trade fx so I
just stick with fibos and regular lines with MS but also use the
MT4's Fibo fan as it has unlimited user inputs

in the example the fans are adjusted as the Price progresses,
sometimes using a H or L sometimes a HC or LC, also switching
between Line and Bar chart to see where the C was hitting
the yellow fibo was originally drawn as a Retracement fibo
