Poll: Fed Cut

yeah, it's amazing how the gurus and vendors survive despite their failures. It's a lot like televangelists. Pure scam and sham, but it succeeds nonetheless.

I think that it will be .25 cut. Nasdaq will go sharp up but only during short time (2-5 minutes) than the trend will change to south. Selling will doing until the end of today. I will open short at QQQ a few minute before release.

Reason why I think this:
Look at overnight rate now, there is 1,5% it means that 25 cut is price in. Fed will not bring any news to investors
If you look at history, you will see that indexes goes down until the end when cut was in line with expectation (5 case in 8 easing from 01)
A lot of guys will start realize profit from a few week ago.

If Fed will do unchanged my scenario will be the same

If Fed cut 50 points, stock will rise to the heaven and my scenario will be totally wrong, but I don't expect 50 point.

Ouch, that was kind of like who wants to be a millionaire when the audience is wrong. I think everybody was short going into that announcement (including me ).

instant spike from -6 DJ to +87 DJ, now presently at +32
