  1. The Democraps are spending us into bankruptcy. They must have listened to Cheney when he said "Deficits don't matter".

Neither Dems nor Repubs speak out against the nanny-for-the-big-banks state because they both suck at the same teet. And if you are going to be a nanny-for-the-rich (0% loans to loan back to the gubmmit? How you going to NOT make money for those nice bonuses?), every other slob is going to feel its his/her due too.

  2. Hello

    Hello

I will give you the fact that things get more heated at fox, however liberals are not ALWAYS getting shouted down like you say, i have seen a few of them who got shouted down who deserved it quite frankly, Barney Frank got owned by OReilly because even with overwhelming video evidence of him supporting Fannie and Freddie he is completely unwilling to accept any part of the blame for the housing crises. OReilly is a no bullshit guy, and when complete liars such as Barney frank come on his show he calls them on it, where as these guys get a free pass from every other news source.

  3. In a feeble attempt to justify two wars at the same time what Dick Cheney actually said was ..."that Reagan showed us that deficits don't matter. They are our due."

    "They are our due."

  7. I don't recall the quote in that context so I googled it and found an interesting article where it elaborated.

    http://www.newyorker.com/archive/2004/01/26/040126ta_talk_cassidy

Shortly before he (Sec of Treasury Paul O'Neill) was fired, he confronted Cheney about the Administration’s latest proposal to cut taxes by another six hundred and seventy-four billion dollars over ten years, pointing out that the country was “moving toward a fiscal crisis.” The Vice-President stopped him. “Reagan proved deficits don’t matter,” he said. “We won the midterms. This is our due.”

  8. Hello

    Hello

I was being sarcastic... I was making a point he has no problem calling both sides on their Bullshit, but most democrats would have you believe that what he says is all pro republican anti democrat.

  9. Thanks for the context adjustment. But there is no distinction.

Almost comical to reminisce that Paul O'Neill was forced from office by Bush/Cheney for being a stand up guy in that dirtbag administration.
