As the originator of such fraternal vocabulary utilization, I wish to ask my fellow Brethen if they are of the view that we should pass into the legislation of ET (with the consent of Baron) a mandatory requirement that everyone preface the name of those whom they are addressing by the word Brother or Brethren (on the understanding that Brother and Brethen is taken to encompass the female Brethren here too)...
