I plan to start trading again. My style is discretionary. I wanted to see the ratio of profitablity between these two style, and see if i have to be on sideline for sometime to make mechanical trading before i trade again. I am making profit paper trading 300shares block, and regain confidence in myself. But i never backtested my strategy because i do not know how to backtest my strategy.
