  2. I'm surprised the cops didn't think of this either.

They maybe should have walked over and complimented Rosby on his booming system, instead of citing him for obstructing justice.

Maybe they could have also invited him out for drinks after the swat team finished their business across the street, instead of shooting his dog and taking him into custody.

Perhaps police officers should be required to carry marijuana cigarettes with them, too, for times like this when some asshole and his dog get upset with their activities.
When an armed raid is taking place across the street, these cops ought to know that assholes and their pets may be on edge, and loud music may not be enough to calm their nerves.
They could just fire up a hooter and have the asshole owner blow pot smoke into his dog's ears...that should cool things down, man, don't ya think?

But, Have you considered too, the remote possibility that the reason Rosby tries to kick the dog away while frantically yelling "No! Get Down!" was because he knows from past experience what it's like to be on the bitten end of his retarded dog's attacks?

I wouldn't doubt if Rosby and his homies have had to learn the hard way the consequences of getting Boogers too worked up.

  3. Loud music is a ticketable offense when an armed raid isn't taking place in the immediate vicinity.

Once you have something like a bust going on, then your loud music serves as interference with the police's ability to effectively communicate with each other and the public, and you are now facing a possible obstruction of justice felony charge.

I'm disappointed to hear so much adamant disrespect for and ignorance of what should be common sense laws.

It's no wonder that police beat so many people up. geesh...

  4. The dog is in the car and watch when the police put the handcuff on his owner. He do not jump out. Then the police move the man away. The dog see his owner is going away. That is when the dog jump out to follow. I do not see that dog "charge". I see that dog going to his owner. Then the dog try to jump up to his owner to greet. The owner is have handcuffs on him so he kick to make to make his dog not jump on him because he do not have his hands to stop his big dog from jumping on him. Big dogs jump up too. That is not aggression. But they are so big they can hurt with their weight. No. That dog is not showing aggression. That dog if is aggressive he will run and attack the police. He did not do that. He run to his owner to be with him.

I think that dog feel all the fears from the police so the dog feel nervous.

Agreed. And it's been moons before the tazer, but when I was Trooper, then working my way through college, I've been bitten by two pit bulls, 3-4 German shepherds, and countless ankle-biting small dogs. With one dog, I flipped open my ASP baton, and stopped his chewing me up with two strikes to the head. He lived, and I petted him later as I was either calling the pound, or a family member of the arrested people to keep the dogs. Guess today's "modern" law enforcement can't figure out smacking the biting dog over the head, then asking the arrestees for a family member's # so they can keep the dogs is or should be the norm. Now the lazy, little evil bastards shoot people's dogs... Sad sign of the times it is when people once held in high regard behave this way...

I did my best to understand what you said once again. I typically think your posts are asinine bull shit, but will agree, the dog was:

    1. The dog was outside of his home, which anyone who has dogs knows when they "go for a ride," they get happy/riled up.

    2. At the very worst, the dog could have been smacked over the head with an ASP baton which most police officers carry. A tazer would have also worked, but I found that two smacks over the head with a 26" ASP stops the biting. The dog may have a nice headache after that, but lives. The tazer? That's after my time. I understand they work well on biting dogs, however.

    3. Today's inner city police at times, display Gestapo tactics with their 5-12 car backup. What they did was way over the line, and sadly, this will happen more as America gives up even more freedom for free ice cream, and socialism.

These pirates in blue should be in jail.

Loud music is an arrestable offense???? LOL

Please get off your soapbox. Check out the video. The police took their sweetass time to arrest the guy. Why loiter around if it was a critical impediment to an ongoing bust? Two, after the cops arrested the guy, what of the music? They didn't turn it off. Genius, isn't it? Arrest for obstruction of justice (loud music), but don't turn off the loud music that's the basis of the charge. It's all bullshit.

Tell me, did the officers even ASK the black guy to turn down his music? Even once? Did they even engage this black guy in ANY conversation before they made their arrest??

No they didn't. Because it wasn't about the music. The cops are lying. They didn't like the guy videotaping them, so they decided to use a show of force (bully tactics). Then they legitimized the arrest based on the loud music and sold that to the media.

You honestly think the police don't lie each and every day about their tactics to legitimize themselves? Look at the NSA man!!! Huge swaths of the executive, judiciary, and military operate totally outside ANY rule of law (4th amendment), and nobody gives a flying fuck.
