You obviously have never faced down a snarling rot[while trying to arrest his dumbass owner who obviously cares little about you well being or his dog's well being]. And the potential shoot out that's about to go down right behind the police officer's back- the situation which he is supposed to be focused on... You really don't think there would be any stress in that situation huh? I understand you're shortcomings here, Lurc, but I think now is a great time for you to embrace them and grow from your blatant ignorance. Cmon Lurc!! Go for it buddy! Go get that growth!!!
Fair enough. AFAIK, loud music is a city ordinance (bylaw). Not an arrestable offense. A ticketable offense. This is more of what I said in my earlier post. More excessive bs.
Like I said, you've never faced down a snarling rot while trying to apprehend his dumbass owner, while trying to avoid bullets from a potential shootout in the yard behind you. For all we know the one dog you chased off was a sissy, and the attacked joggers are figments of imagination. What we do know is this was a full grown Rottweiler who was most definitely bred not only for it's strength and ferociousness, but also for it's ability to put fear into it's would be adversaries just by show of fur, teeth, ears, tail, claws, body poise, and a whole slew of attributes you simply wouldn't understand unless you've spent much time determining the strength and ability of these animals- many of which come instinctively due to selective breeding techniques. What we don't know is whether or not this dog has ever been trained to act aggressively towards others in the past. I suspect the answer to that question may be yes. I can easily see him and his homeboys getting the dog fired up at a rag doll or some other tough piece of rope the dog could lock onto. Once one has locked onto you, and you'll understand the moment you may have lost the all too crucial control. That control may have been the only thing that can save your life. You fail to realize the danger that you are in, and that's how a lot of excruciating pain and fear get inflicted into victims of dog attack. Good job scaring the thug dog that was attacking your neighbor joggers. Probably what I would have done too. You may have gotten lucky the dog decided to run. Maybe that situation didn't seem the least bit stressful or dangerous to you, but I don't think everyone else will be so naive to the very real dangers they are facing in such a situation. Some people are quite aware of their surroundings and don't overlook the blatant dangers that you may overlook in your everyday-to-day existence.
I think he was arrested for obstruction of justice.Sounds like a legit arrest imo.His loud music is interfering with them doing their duties, they ask him to turn it down and he tells them its his f*cking radio then goes to the car and puts his dog in but leaves the radio on.
I misread your statement, and I thought you charged it while it was attacking a jogger. In that case I would have probably done the same and charged the dog with every intent of choking it into submission if need be. Had the dog just been standing 15 feet away and snarling, I probably would have tried to calm the dog into a submissive state, and perhaps take control the animal on it's owner's behalf, before others or the dog could get hurt. The dog would have then went to animal control and the owner of that dog would've gotten an ass chewing from me that likely would have left his short and curly hair my mouth.
The potential shootout behind their backs? The cops arent even walking towards the guy at a brisk pace, meaning they had zero fear for their life from that.
About all I can garner from this moon bat rant is that you're drunk, full of shit and scared to death of large dogs.
