If you actually want to fix this problem through policy: 1. Work on racial bias training with police officers 2. Work on regular training for resisting arrest situations 3. Educate youth how to interact with police officers (let people know that if they resist arrest they are playing with fire and it's always possible they can be misjudged) 4. Have townhalls (at least once or twice a year) for citizens to discuss issues with police officers (let the officers and people share their perspectives on the policing situation with each other) 5. Improve the opportunity gaps (number one being the disproportionate funding of public schools based on zip code, but also vocational training for those not college-bound)
Not only are the police much more likely to be killed by blacks but whites are much more likely to be killed by blacks. In fact, both asians and jews are much nore likely to be killed by black. I agree with the OP and appreciate him getting his facts correct. You cannot argue with facts.
It really pains me to say this, but tragically 80% of white victims were murdered by fellow white people.
Location, location, and location are critical when discussing these types of statistics. Today, in the suburb/city I grew up in the United States...+80% of white victims were murdered by fellow white people. The same was true in Kentucky and South Dakota where I lived for awhile in rural communities. Also, I lived for a few years in South Korea...+90% of South Korean victims were murdered by fellow South Koreans (not Whites) and not by another ethnic group...although murder is very rare. Another point I'm making about location, location, and location. A rhetorical question, what happened in the United States urban communities that are not present in the urban communities of other countries even among the same type of ethnic group ??? It's not political considering the number #1 violent state in America is Alaska...a Republican state. In Alaska...most violent criminals are Whites followed by Native Americans, then Blacks, and then Asians. Go to Chicago...Blacks and Latinos in the urban community are committing most of the violent crimes. Next, travel about 2 - 3 miles north into a White Community called Evanston...a community I grew up in Evanston, Illinois...most of the violent crimes are by Whites in their fellow White community and there are Italian gangs there too although not as many today in comparison to the 70's - 80's. Yet, so far during the Covid Pandemic...more students have been caught bringing guns to school in the Evanston school district. Most have been White too. The next suburb (4 - 5 suburbs north of Evanston is Highland Park, Illinois. Most of the violent crimes and mass shootings are by Whites...all of these suburbs are well upper-class economies/households. Location, Location, and Location but we all know there's something dangerously wrong with the United States in comparison to other countries with a diverse ethnic population that includes Blacks. Once again, what happened in the United States to make it so much different in comparison to other countries with similar ethnic populations ??? (rhetorical question) Yet, I have seen a lot more uptick since the Trump administration years in blaming Mexicans for violent crimes in America that are illegal immigrants...those that crossed our southern borders. wrbtrader
There's a bunch of nonsense spewed about undocumented immigrants. On top of lower crime levels they are so much less entitled. The work ethic is much stronger than that of native-born Americans. It makes no sense how few we are letting in these days.
It seems these racist pieces of shit like ipatent,Lacesout and innervoice just spews lies trying get others to became like them because most people wont actually check to see if the lies they are telling are true. -------------- ----------------
Blacks are most likely to be killed or by other blacks. Arrest statistics don't completely capture the rate of black murder because many inner city shootings go unsolved. There is a don't snitch ethic. The same is true for rape. Black women report only one in fifteen rapes. If they were all reported, the percentage of rapes attributed to blacks would rise to 80% or higher.
Rape is underreported across the board. Furthermore, less than 1% of rapes lead to a conviction. Why? Because it's really hard to prove. If all you have is a he said/she said there's way too much reasonable doubt to prosecute.
The reporting rate for white victims is about 44%, compared with 6.6% for blacks. This really skews the statistics.
