I follow the NYSE Bullish at http://www.investorsintelligence.com regulalry. It is in the free chart section. First of all, the index was in "Bear Alert" for the longest amount of time and then in late December, it turned had bullish confirmation. A week or so ago, it again had a "Bear Alert" and last weak it had a bearish confirmation. Has anyone who has followed this index for a long time since such volatility in its signals? What does this imply?
