POA trading without registration with regulators

which jurisdictions allow POA trading without requiring the trader to register and obtain a license with the local market authorities prior to trade OPM?

 

Would like to know also, so many regulators ultimate just exist to charge money

 

Depends on how many clients and how much money.Some states are diferent. Check the regulations.Some of them are quite liberal.
