"Voda" means water in many Slavic languages. i'm not sure about the russians, but being a slavic speaker, "vodka" sounds like a 'cute' way of saying voda.

no the location is miles away...read it in an article on drinkable water in the national geographics..will look up the issue and maybe reccomend as a read ( lots of things we take for granted )... p.s.
