Havn't the numbers flipped already to majority non circed in the US? As far as newborns I think the majority are NOT being chopped. I read this somewhere not to long ago.

What is so barbaric about removing skin? Did you know that cervical cancer is reduced in women whose husbands are circumcised? If we're talking about female circumcision, then I agree, it's barbaric.
