Futures are higher, however tomorrow we get retail sales numbers and earnings from JPM.

I think retail numbers come in slightly higher, jpm earnings as well will be better than expected in my opinion, with all new programs and different accounting rules how the Fu$k can any bank miss earnings.

    Tomorrow 10k

    End of year 11k

    Feb 12k

    Mid 2010 14k

    eventually dow 36,000.....

  5. Funny how other traders in the industry seem to think there is a good arguement for a top being made:

    ***

    Special alert: Have equities topped?
    by Garrett Jones
    futuresmag.com

    ***

But of course, Nexen thinks he knows everything ... this is embarrasing, even by ET standards. :p

  7. That's it. I simply cannot take it anymore. Given that I am a moderator and not supposed to have anyone on ignore, I'm going to have to break that rule just this once. You have the honor of being the only one on my ignore list.

The article you referenced was written on Futures Mag on 10/2.

So obviously his moronic call was completely off the mark.

(Note his extended red lines showing capitulation at this point. Well, we're up another 6%. So much for making predictions at the hard right edge.)
