    Yeah right, all'yall of us out there yonder right near in Europe should have switched to American a while ago. Wuz still shakin' that head of mine with amaisment when I caught myself wundrin' why we still speakin' stoopid English.

    Having just read the posts from "Needajob" one gets the distinct impression he has "thrown the toys out of his pram."

    First impressions count. Needajob practice some empathy, try deducing what a prospective employer would make of your weak command of the written word, and your tantrum like behaviour when confronted with constructive criticism.

    If you want something badly enough you will concentrate on strengthening the weak points in your character and education.
    Phrases such as, " I can't be bothered with that," betray the mindset of someone who seeks reward for no effort.

    it's a mindset often found in seekers of the trader's holy grail.

    Finally, I agree with others that this is not your first visit to Elite trader.
