Besides the fact that it's very likely a pump n dump scheme, it's also because the market is ADHD is really saturated. There are so many drugs out there for treating ADHD it's ridiculous. So unless you can come up with a drug that will cure ADHD with no side effects, then your drug is just one in the many thousand that's been developed since the 60's, nothing special and no justification for the high premium price for the stock.
