Probably has to do with the fact that smart couples with good genetics for intelligence and who do a proper job of raising children have 1 maybe 2 kids while complete morons with no idea about responsibility and cant even take care of themselves are having 5 or more. Of course this is generalizing but how many dumbasses do you see out in America that have no business with 1 kid let alone the 5 that they have? I see tons and it pisses me off.
