Not exactly. There are two sides to the Keynesian equation. Bush employed only the spending, tax-cutting side even when it wasn't actually needed. At least Clinton before him took some measures to work the other side of the equation by decreasing the deficit and going into budget surplus during his administration. And when Bush drove the car into the ditch, to use Obama's analogy, you wish to just "stay the course?"

 

Bush was president years ago. You folks own this economy and will be held accountable very soon.

When Bush left office the deficit was lower, employment was higher, housing was higher, prices for groceries and energy were lower, taxes were lower, two wars were being won and the rest of the world was swinging towards conservatism.

Name one damned thing Obama has done that enhances either income or services for anyone outside of the welfare system.

Yeah, I lump you in with American liberals, perhaps a bit more capable with the language, perhaps a bit more steeped in history but an American liberal nonetheless.
