playback the market

is their any software in which you can play back what happened in the market yesterday with the adjustable speed( 1x 2x 4x 8x)if you have tick data with you.I dont think its big deal.but i don't want to waste my own time in preparing GUI for that.

 

Tradestation can do that, not sure about Ninja. I never need that type of playback, so I only pay $7 a month for my charts. QuoteTracker.

Ninja will do that but only if you recorded the market live.

 

NinjaTrader can do almost exactly what you are asking for. In fact, it'll even run the Bid / Ask changes as well. The only catch that I can see is that you'll need to set the Preferences to record the market data, let it run to collect, then you can play it back at will. I don't know if you can run external tick data through the Market Replay.

 

Ensign and Esignal both have playback.
