Bear market rally that has been underway since June 16 was having its run up. The run up is OVER. Next week we go down HARD. I expect a trigger event in the real world. In reality the trigger event of course starts in the collective (HERD) Mind but the manifestation on the physical plane will be on our visible reality level but the power comes from the higher reality. If there is to be a trigger event you will know it instantly as it will be of enormous impact which will cause Futures to dip into the 1,000s. Gap downs will be the name of the game thenceforth. Method of operation from next week in the WAVE 3 .............. jump on your horse, grab its hair and just hold on tight so you don't fall off. Wear warm socks and goggles There will be no need for STOPS. One catastrophic STOP will suffice, far away from the action. Its going to get mean, real mean, I mean plumb loco mean. Let the games begin! I suppose you are quite satisfied that THE SHEEP are all onboard and that the last stragglers were cott today and hauled on board for the journey. Pour it on BEAR, I am ready For the journey I am riding the desert horse you know as Hanuman, he who breathes with fire thru' his nostrils. He will not let anyone else ride him. As you already know the horse had to be selected with the special gift of massive endurance out of this world. Hanuman has reserves of power that ain't never been tapped, EVER. After Wave 3 is over I still have to go back to pay Granny Hawkins for supplies she insisted on not taking any money from me and said I could pay her the next time I saw her. I've played at that level and lost, due to being undercapitalized. Took a huge hit this year because of 6-month long bear. If this turns into a 6+month bull, you will sufferer the same fate. September will be your key month to know if you will be glorified or vilified.
If this Man (yours truly) survives the onslaught of Wave 3, one thing is for sure is that due to the high level of ultra-stress when I have to grab Hanuman's forest to just not fall off, the Trading abilities will unbeknownst to me start rocketing in depth and number waaay deep below the surface. Your post has been read 8 times now and the last time I even poured cold water on my head and sipped some sweet wine and stared at what you have written because I know its solid stellar commonsense. I am grateful to receive it. Thanks very much. But you forget a few important facts: (1) I am so far from being undercapitalized, that the word is meaningless. (2) I do have a PLAN, the ultimate line in the sand beyond which I will call my call wrong and take the losses. What is the line in the sand? Dow Theory!!!! When QQQ corrects on the daily timeframe but the June 16 low holds firm & unmolested, she must then take out the current August (presumed) top in order that Dow Theory calls a new bull market. I take my losses then. And walk away! And live to fight another day.
read above first for context then read this (3) Its almost cast in stone that QQQ, even if in a whole new bull market like the majority on Wall Street is calling, has to follow the rules of Trend, namely there must be a correction to the Wall Street (leaving Fibonacci out of this argument) level of 35-40% before the new bull takes off northbound again. Therein dwells my ACE. During that almost guaranteed correction yours truly will go totally green and then some and then get out! All of the above has been pre-thought out before I even took any positions.
