Was on englishrussia not to long ago. they were playing WOW IIRC and the girls were trying to distract them.
Sorry guys, that was a one-time thing I stumbled on. I looked around a bit more, but it only gets worse from here:
I got mine here: http://www.piengineering.com/xkeys.php You also have more economical gamer pads: http://www.belkin.com/IWCatProductPage.process?Product_Id=390404 http://www.logitech.com/en-us/keyboards/keyboard/devices/5123 http://www.amazon.com/Saitek-PZ31A-..._m=ATVPDKIKX0DER&pf_rd_r=0YNT805V3ZRXYDM1CYF2 and this one: http://www.amazon.com/Ergodex-DX1-I..._m=ATVPDKIKX0DER&pf_rd_r=0YNT805V3ZRXYDM1CYF2 There is also a thread in ET that discusses hotkeys and where people got their keypads: http://www.elitetrader.com/vb/showthread.php?s=&threadid=15587&highlight=keypad
moving offices in a few days so things are a mess. the 6th monitor (bottom right) of the main display isn't usually there - we shut down the cable so I'm using that to watch Bloomberg TV. trying to clean up and consolidate crap and realizing I have A LOT of crap. Both setups are mine, thinking about taking the dual monitors back home, not sure if the wife would be happy with more crap at home though. I am converting to racks but taking a picture of a mostly empty rack is pointless. There are 3 more of those big Dells on the other side of the desk - hopefully they will be in the trash (converted to racks) before the move. Please excuse the crappy cell phone picture. Incase someone questions me, yes that is your external HDD and I'm still working on the project. I'll get it to you ASAP. EDIT: as an asside. I have one Dell T3400 dual Xeon CPU box that runs the 5 monitors to the right. (bottom right is seperate and just for move TV watching) I use that 5-mon setup to remote desktop/VNC into other machines - it is absolutely not possible to run a crazy 8-10 monitor setup and try to run all those processes on one box. It is so much cheaper to buy an individual box to do each task and seperate things out.
nice setup . . . even clean under the desk ( cables and all ) for someone who is taking it all apart. Good wishes to you on a smooth transition. Thanks for pic. One question, do you wear the helmet when you are trading ? hahahah JK
You know I probably should: Ever since the guys found out we are moving there are more footballs, baseballs, golf balls, etc. flying around the office...
