I have three desks in my office; one is filled full time, one is filled about 3 days a week and 1 is filled daily for about 1 hour a day to a swing trader. Having company while trading makes the day go smoother if they are like minded.

Conventional deleting of files on a hard drive does not delete the files, but only the directory link to the files; the files are still there. This tells the system it may overwrite the space if it needs the space, and even that does not erase the files but you can think of it as putting one piece of paper over top of another piece of paper on your desk. You have used no more desk space but that old paper is still under there. There are some file shreaders you can get. For a free one try cnet downloads. There are some you can pay for too.
