Just acts slow when moving or interacting on that screen. It acts like a cheap video card. If you left a chart on that screen for view only, its fine and very clear.
just two...unlike my wife who seems to have many... diffeent screens for different stratagies and large enough fonts so i don't go anymore blind than i am now...
I had this same performance issue with a USB-to-VGA adapter. The solution was to get a USB-to-DVI version, which works great, I have no complaints.
