    We have built a very reliable voice recognition system for basic orders (similar to the hot keys on your key board). The system is "trained" for 2 - 3 weeks and adjusted to a specific trader's accent. Works surprisingly well. Typical commands sounds like this:

    "Sell Microsoft Five April Calls strike 25 at fifty cents limit now" After the system prints the order trader confirms it by saying "TRANSMIT".

    We have two traders trading one system. Typical training period - 2 weeks. Most of actions are fully automated. We have been running it successfully for 9 months now.

    Absolutely. You can call ahead and we will arrange the tour. We have visitors come to us from all over the world. We typically reserve Fridays for visits as the markets are not that active.
