that's not a nazi symbol.
It is easy to be confused.
This is a buddha symbol.
you should look at the symbol from the front of the chair, the "fingers" will appear to you pointing to the left.

The nazi symbol has fingers pointing to the right.
(which is how the picture appears to you because you are looking at the chair from the back.)
