I use Internaxx for tax reasons and they're pretty good at what they do though their tools are far behind those of many US based brokers. I hear good things about SAXO Bank also.
Near 5% hike today, more to come in my opinion, a bumpy upward ride to March 2nd as speculators jump on and off.
