Physical Bullion Dealers in Canada?

    Nobody has mentioned bullion direct yet... Have used them several times. Absolutely no problems at all. Pretty sure the cheapest for smaller quantities.

  2. The assumption is that prices are over spot. but this is not the case. Its supply and demand. When every one is selling a broker charges the premium to the seller since there are many.

    With no buyers on the market the broker has to entice people to buy. It is not uncommon that one can buy under spot if they know the reality of the situation. But at spot for buying is fare (this based on a few weeks ago)

    Even ebay is selling below spot (I am told) if you subtract the shipping. Since you are in Montreal you need not pay shipping.

    Sure you take up a dealers time but you create funds for him to buy other coins from plentiful sellers of which he charges a premium.
