It's a blatant copy of the Google offices. Whether or not facebook can monetize it's traffic is an open question, but if laid back offices were a real problem, Google wouldn't be making $1B/quarter.
Google is one of the lucky ones to still be ahead of the game, however leaders in an ever revolving technology world can be seen in last place in a only a few years if something better does come along. And how anyone could invest in google where 95%+ of their revenue is from advertising is BEYOND ME. Google will see a huge slowdown in advertising, growth is going to stall significantly over the next 3-5 years.
