    PVH fiscal fourth-quarter net income climbed 13% on strong sales in its Calvin Klein licensing business amid a slowdown in consumer spending.

    Shares fell in after-hours trading as the company cut its fiscal-year guidance and labeled its view "cautious."
    Apparel maker Phillips-Van Heusen Corp. on Monday predicted first-quarter and full-year profit below Wall Street estimates.
