Some little scrap of paper from the 60s dealing with a fairly unknown part of the constitution is not going to stand in the way of all that power. Even if the fringe were correct and Obama was born in BFE to a monkey and a dog, SCOTUS isn't going to send this country into a civil rights tailspin by "disenchanting" the first African American president. And if they showed any sign that they might do so, you can bet your bottom dollar that BCs would emerge. As many different ones as needed, even. At the very least, surely somebody can crank out a suitable substitute. Running for POTUS costs how much these days? I'm not naive enough to expect it to suddenly turn around. That's just silly.
