I'm not sure that's really it, because drug sales reps get paid just as much and they are always hiring. What you speak of affects the medical field overall, not specifically targeted at pharmacists. It the legal drug dealing industry which a very deep & sick agenda. So the dealers & pushers have to be paid well to keep doing what they are doing without questioning what is really going on.
You might want to look up statistics on how many people are killed by doctors & pharma drugs due to bad diagnosis, mistakes & complications. And take note of the trend. Most of these doctors care more about milking insurance for as long as they can, instead of helping people.
so when you go to court to send a snakeoil salesman to jail how do you prove he is fleecing people if you have no standards for testing efficacy other than testimonials? some impartial body of testing standards has to be in place.o
