PFE for WYE - who is next?

I thought sale price was already mentioned. According to marketwatch it'll be $68 billion.

What I read on Yahoo was that it was not decided yet.

 

Read in WSJ today that its most likely going through, unless pfe wants to get hit with a $4.5 billion fee....

Thoughts still? And Pfe downgraded to AA?
