Just a thought - But when accessing ET, there's a message that shows how many "new" messages are in my Inbox. Is this unread messages or new within some time period? I don't access ET every day, sometimes not for lots of days depending on what's going on and it turns out I had a bunch of unread messages in the inbox going back months that I didn't even know were there because there hadn't been an indication that there were any new messages. Perhaps if this were shown as # of unread messages in the Inbox it would be a better reminder.
