I'm looking for a source of the historical performance bond (margin) data for the ES and ER eminis. Basically, a list of dates and dollars for the performance bond of each, going back a few years. I looked around the CME site and elsewhere on the net a little bit, but no luck so far. Anybody got any ideas? Thanks.
