Pentium D and Core 2 Duo--which is better for trading pc?

My PC too...I meant how to record the time used by an application accessing to CPU0 and CPU1.

 

Any suggestion?

 

It really depends on your software, my charting software doesn't support Duo CPU.

Resently changed from a P4 D 2.66G to a P4 EE 3.2G, on the 3.2G it's much faster.

Multi Tasking (Charting, IE, Task Manager) hurt the P4 EE more than the P4 D.
