Penson sale of UK Clearing

Does anyone know who they are planning to sell it to?

I think they could go bankrupt soon. Then what do the small brokers don then.

 

I think PNSN could be looking at being delisted. I would expect being delisted would bring an end to Penson as a clearing firm.

 

Do you know who IB clears with.

 

I believe IB clears themsleves (at least in the US markets).
