That's a law suit that won't be won. The Saudi fund didn't do too well suing C, and C out right lied about its books. As far as a plan to deal with a disaster, this lies at the foot of our own government, which did an assessment years ago, that said that even in the event of a major spill, there was almost no chance of oil reaching the shore or having any effect. This is why no major oil rig has a plan installed, the government told them they don't need one. Sooner or later, things are either going to cool off for BP, or the finger is going to have to start pointing at Washington over this.
