Penn Judge: Muslims Allowed to Attack People for Insulting Mohammad

Discussion in 'Politics' started by Banjo, Feb 26, 2012.

  1. Religious freedom? A better life? I had several friends who came from Iran after the 70's and 80's looking for such things. Mostly smart people with a slightly different belief system. Hard workers as I recall, really family oriented.

And, no, I'm not supporting radical Islam or anything stupid like that. Neither did they, then or now. I don't support radicals on most
    fronts.

Similar reasoning back when our ancestors came to America.

  3. ...except it was overturned. You might want to read the whole thing, instead of selectively quoting stuff.

  4. Nah, I think that belongs more to the Christians/Catholics. Didn't they come to the Americas to 'spread the word' - basically spread their thinking/belief system to those who didn't ask for it? Sounds like us in the ME a bit.

  5. You "think" wrong yet again.

    Look at what happened:

Sharia law is already a huge problem here in the United States, as this 633 page report detailing 50 significant cases in 23 states shows... these are only the tip of the iceberg BTW.

LOL. They came to America so the government wouldn't tell them what religion to believe. It's one thing to provide and educate, it's another to command and demand. You have some very confused ideas, c.

  7. I don't see much 'command and demand' from their particular ideological ilk. No more than many others anyway. I think most of them came here legally as well. I may be wrong, but my guess is that there is nowhere near the problem with illegal immigration with them, as a group anyway.
