From above: "only the penis-washing study received money from the 2009 economic stimulus law"
Horse shit, plenty from the right were complaining constantly.
If you didn't notice you either didn't want to or had your head up your ass.

  2. "The study’s lead investigator Dr. Thomas J. Coates was the fourth highest-funded researcher in the country in 2002 and is currently conducting HIV research on three continents."

Seems like AIDS research to me, I don't know what he is doing but nitpicking stimulus while ignoring the macroeconomic scenario seem like more talking points, even the WSJ will tell you that.

  3. Yes, the chart you said I posted was in response to your lie that the UE rate was at 9% when Obama took office.

And the other chart is obviously based on averages, hence the 9.42 number! Duh.

Why does your fact checker site exclude the WH chart showing UE peaking at 8% with stimulus and peaking at 9% without?

OH, and you've yet to tell us how penis washing is creating jobs!?

  4. I am sure you are very clever, showing UE under Obama to be above 9 percent which the CBO projected before he came into office.

Also, I posted explanation for the 9% UE rate under Bush (seasonally unadjusted) which you never disputed but now you call it a 'lie'. Strange.

And for the last time, 8% was a projection, not a promise.

Looks like you only see what you want to see to me.
AIDS related? Why would telling idiots to wash their dick cost nearly a million dollars of tax payers money. It was a typical stupid big government irresponsible waste any way you want to slice it.
"The National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH), a division of the National Institutes of Health (NIH), spent $823,200 of economic stimulus funds in 2009 on a study by a UCLA research team to teach uncircumcised African men how to wash their genitals after having sex."
