Kamala was snarky (lol), petulant and refused to answer if she would pack the courts or make Puerto Rico and DC into states.

Her lack of answers along with Joe's lack of answers on those life-altering issues means that a Harris-Biden administration would most certainly attempt to pack the Supreme Court with leftists and make PR and DC states that would presumably vote leftist.
