Pence raising suspicions of Trump base

You're talking about treason, and calling the smokey back room where the jackals meet the "base".

 

President can't fire the Vice President while serving his term.Congress would have to impeach him.President can replace the Vice President on the ticket for reelection.

 

Pence was a compromise to sew up the Neocon/Evangelical factions = two birds, one stone.

I'm hearing from Jones and Roger Stone, Pence is one source for the damaging leaks.

I wouldn't be surprised one bit.Matter of fact I think its likely.

 

I don't think Pence is truly in Trumps corner.During the darkest days of Trumps campaign it was people like Rudy and Newt defending Trumps most incendiary statements and missteps while Pence always seemed to stay at a distance.

 

I forget what happened to Agnew, but someone made him gone. Resignation is a very loose word in D.C. it can mean almost anything.

 

That was exactly my point. Why did Trump choose him then? It's because Pence never was his choice. Pence was forced onto him by the base. That was before the election, when he still had to make certain compromises to get elected.
