  1. "Half of Americans, sadly, don't care about that... as long as they get a little free something-something."

yes, but that attitude is totally destroying all our freedom, including theirs.

  2. just read some of yesterdays press. pelosi did not say we r looking at international tax. in her address it was about when defazio and others brought the tax up for jobs bill. she said it wouldnt work domestically, it would need to be infernationally, whicn she said was difficult . they are not trying for that now.

  4. That's the saddest part. If the Socialists and eaters want to band together and live that way, fine. They should go and do their thing.

But the other half of us shouldn't be subjected to that tyranny nor be force to foot the bill for it.

That's correct. I did NOT hear Pelosi say that she supported a tax. Her comments were that IF there were to be such a tax, it would need to be an internationally coordinated and supported effort. Which, IMO, puts anything off for years, if ever.

  7. Instead of crying and complaining incessantly on message boards you people need to get off your asses and do something about it. Instead of wanking on message boards to no avail and deaf ears which accomplishes zilch.

Kick these scumbags out of office.

Get off your ass and physically campaign against them (the Pelosi's and Reid's etc) and pound the pavement campaigning for the people you want in office. Help in every way you can starting with doing everything in your power to get the people you want elected to office.

  8. Regardless if the house puts this to a vote or not there is a very strong indication that it would never pass the senate, republicans are 100% against it. As well as many democrats. I have written to sens and got a few responese back. One from Chuck Schumer, Dem Senator from NYC doesnt support it, obvioulsy it will hurt NYC. I live in North Carolina, and emailed our senators and recieved a letter back from Kay Hagan also a democratic senator, who said she opposes it as well and gave reasons for her opposition. So like I said we are gaining more friends in the Senate on the left to oppose this bill.
