They will make a mens rea argument for Trump, that he is not able to understand his actions.

It’s already proven on the transcript when he asks for the Crowdstrike server. There is no reason for that other than political. Bill Taylor’s written statement corroborates Trump’s actions were part of a larger quid pro quo.

This case is closed. He will be impeached. As for removal, very low chance.

  5. I see. I asked *where* you are going to prove it such that it results in either prosecution or removal.

You replied by not stating any place where that is going to happen or very low chance for removal.

Correct. You can sit down now. We do not need to be discussing the prosecution thing in criminal court or whether he will be impeached. Removal is the question. And there is no place where your opinion of whether it has been proven or not matters.

*very low chance* is not zero.

  9. Okay. I was just helping us to stay clear on where we are headed here. You were on a roll about how the proof of abuse of power is a slam dunk. And I am saying, fine, except with those who decide. If you were a prosecutor, you would be ginning up a case which you think is a slam dunk to prove except with the juror. Fine, and you want to put the country through all of that upon that "very low chance."

Of course you do. And then again on some other issue when it does not work. It is what your ilk do when they dont think they can win at the polls.

  10. This was the genesis of the whole Russia collusion hoax. We were assured by the Deep State that the servers definitively proved that Russians hacked them. The only people who have ever actually examined them however are CrowdStrike, ironically a company controlled by a Ukrainian oligarch. Any political relevance of these servers was made moot by the 2016 election. Whether they were actually even hacked or leaked from inside is certainly an important issue, considering there is an unsolved murder case involving a young guy who worked there, not to mention its centrality to the collusion hoax.
