I dont see how it is going to make her stronger if Warren runs and the face of the party becomes ultra-lefty which puts the dem majority in the house at risk because the swing state dems and trump state dems are put at risk if the dem party goes full-loon. Pelosi has no power without a majority so that is quite a thing to put at risk. Anyway. As usual in politics, all that you said, is a possible scenario and to her benefit if she can pull it off- except that is a big "if." Well, we dont need to replay earlier discussions, but you and I disagree as to whether Pelosi is the Akido Master or whether she is now on the ropes trying to survive not only republican assaults but also Warren's lefty rise, and the Squad. She has a lifetime of skills and survival for sure, so did the Clintons and Biden. The caravan does pass at some point. This impeachment thing may or may not happen but it is much, much, much further along than Pelosi ever wanted, and her having to yield to the Squad and their bootlickers is not the only factor but they are definitely part of the picture.
