While y'all are dreaming Trumps criminal cases are a reality https://www.huffpost.com/entry/trump-tax-returns-new-york-grand-jury_n_5dc046c2e4b0615b8a96aaa3 Court Orders Trump Accounting Firm To Turn Over Tax Returns To New York Prosecutors Trump’s lawyers had argued that, as president, he was immune from criminal investigation. A federal appeals court has ruled that President Donald Trump’s accounting firm Mazars must turn over his tax returns to New York prosecutors. Trump’s lawyers had argued that, as president, he was immune from criminal investigation ― a claim the three-judge appeals panel rejected. Manhattan District Attorney Cyrus R. Vance Jr. is pursuing the returns as part of an investigation into the Trump Organization’s role in buying the silence of two women who say they had affairs with Trump. Adult film star Stormy Daniels received $130,000 from Trump’s longtime attorney and former fixer, Michael Cohen. Cohen, who is currently serving a three-year sentence for campaign finance charges and other crimes, testified that Trump ordered him to make the payment. Cohen also helped broker a deal between former Playboy model Karen McDougal and the Trump-friendly parent company of the National Enquirer, American Media Inc. In an earlier ruling in October, a federal judge dismissed Trump’s lawyers’ assertion of presidential immunity as an “extraordinary” claim. Judge Victor Marrero said he could not “endorse such a categorical and limitless assertion of presidential immunity.” On Monday, the appeals court said “presidential immunity does not bar the enforcement of a state grand jury subpoena directing a third party to produce non‐privileged material, even when the subject matter under investigation pertains to the President.” Trump lawyer Jay Sekulow said Monday his team intends to appeal to the Supreme Court. The district attorney’s criminal subpoena is separate from other Democratic efforts to obtain Trump’s tax returns. Trump refused to release his taxes both as a presidential candidate and as president, breaking decades of tradition. His returns would reveal information about his income, how much he pays in taxes and how much he gives to charity. Democrats in the House of Representatives sued for copies of the president’s returns in July after the Trump administration defied a subpoena and a formal request under a federal tax disclosure law. That case is pending in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia and could take months to resolve. Congressional Democrats also issued a subpoena for the president’s financial information to the accounting firm Mazars, though that subpoena did not specifically ask for tax records. Trump’s personal lawyers sued to block Mazars from complying with that subpoena. Courts have sided with Democrats and that case is also on appeal and could wind up at the Supreme Court.
And now you've seen everything . . . . . . . State Department consulted with Hannity to decide fate of ousted Ukraine ambassador: bombshell testimony Former Ukrainian ambassador Marie Yovanovitch testified last month that State Department officials told her that they would try to get to the bottom of the smear campaign being leveled against her by consulting with Fox News personality Sean Hannity. The transcript of testimony released by the House of Representatives Monday shows that Yovanovitch was asked by Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) if she ever knew how Secretary of State Mike Pompeo felt about the attacks being made on her by Donald Trump Jr. and Trump attorney Rudy Giuliani. Yovanovitch replied that she was told that State Department officials would get to the bottom of it by consulting with Hannity. “I was told… that the Secretary or perhaps somebody around him was going to place a call to Mr. Hannity on Fox News to say, you know, what is going on?” she said. “I mean, do you have proof of these kinds of allegations or not? And if you have proof, you know, tell me, and if not, stop.” Yovanovitch went on to say that the call was apparently placed to Hannity, although she can’t say for sure who at the department spoke with the Fox host. “And for a time, you know, things kind of simmered down,” she said.
Timing timing timing. We now know there is indisputable evidence that Strzok, Page and McCabe (at least) purposefully edited a 302, an affidavit, totally illegal. Why did they do that to Gen Flynn? To widen the sham investigation into Trump. Page has been singing for a year. There are many people going to jail and none of them are named Trump.
we know this as "indisputable evidence" because the defense claims it? ok then https://lawandcrime.com/high-profil...claim-that-exculpatory-evidence-was-withheld/

But none of them showed up, citing legal advice. The House inquiry had lined up a long list of high-ranking Trump administration officials who they want to talk to before moving into the next phase of the probe, which will involve public hearings and the release of transcripts from closed-door depositions. brb: official transcripts of depositions where Republicans attended are now fake:
That’s right. Indisputable. There are text messages from Strzok's mobile between he and Page which confirm she edited the 302. Also, the original hand written notes of the interview show the edited version of the 302 doesn't match up with what the notes say. Hang em high....
