    Last week the 30 year fixed was lower dum-dum. By 5 basis points.

    All bets off after this hurricane though. There's gonna be another shortage. A big one.

    Highlights

    S&P Case-Shiller's latest report shows house price inflation continuing to slow in August on an annual basis, in line with expectations. The ongoing downtrend will be pleasing to Federal Reserve officials and market participants looking for progress on sticky shelter price inflation.

  10. I can't trade it? Just eyeballing the chart. This is my leg 1 entry.

    Such a noob retail way if looking at it. You look at 6 month lows as a problem lol.... We've had increasing interest rates for 2 years to combat inflation... What do you expect .What do you want to buy at all-time highs?

    For the record, all this 6-month high 6-month low blah blah blah is nonsense. Meaningless.... Pure talking Head fodder.
