If fish are gonna get extinct, fish farms will become economically feasable. You can even combine fish farms with algae farms for biofuel. Your mind is too closed, you don't see the opportunity!
The only problem with that, of course, is that these fish represent a link in the chain of life. Somewhere, something reactive will occur because of it.
You can also add acidification of the oceans (from absorption of CO2) leading to destruction of the coral reefs - a major fish habitat.
fisherman go bust when there is no fish to fish. depleted fish. just like oil and gold company. there only asset is their reserve of gold or oil in their lease land. no futures cause it's a regulated and fish is not a commodity too many varieties of fish size etc and future trading is BANNED too.

Freshwater bluegill populations have increased for so long ; the challenge there is overpopulation, reguardless of any ''so called climate change''. Cute words, climates changes /+ 4 tmes per year.
