PDT Rule & Prop Firms

  1. thank you lescor, i have been waiting for this post. i am so mad right now i can hardly type.

it is exactly as i said.... the SEC is a rogue organization now. their intent was never to help protect Tuco's "client's" as they tried to portray them.

this is actually a RICO violation and there should be a class action suit against the SEC. but i am sure they are insulated from legal action.

i was told they were going to do this in fall. i guess my sources were correct. it was never about Tuco, it was always about doing the bidding of their bosses... i.e. the big players. they hate competition.

and look... everyone got scared and now you have a shitload of firms getting registered along with individuals having to take the CFR's series 7.

  2. it's not the SEC's function to decide if they like the law. they used some bogue aspects of the 34 exchange act.. i think sect 10 and 15 and tried to fit an LLC into it. they settled quickly because they knew they were wrong.... and as you can see from lescor's post there is almost zero chance anyone can defend themselves in court.

the SEC is a criminal organization period... and their cozy relationship with Goldman Sachs has my blood boiling. Gosh i wonder who set this all fking up?

the California Attorney General should have protected Tuco from this mob.

are you people starting to see why i like Ron Paul so much?

good thing i don't know Maverick right now..... i would hate to see his little snake face this morning.

  3. this is exactly how the IRS used to work.. guilty until proven guilty. they would come in and seize assets without due process. that is until James Traficant got the law changed.

guess where James Traficant is now? federal prison on fake charges and a corrupt judge not allowing evidence.

this country has gone to shit... and it is accelerating.

this is why we called it the Ron Paul Revolution. but kiss asses like maverick made fun. God i am so mad.

  4. I agree with you and I am also a Ron Paul supporter - the SEC is used as a tool by higher ups in the exact same way the U.S. (and our military) is used like a tool by higher ups - for dishonorable actions. None of what has played out at Tuco suprised me at all - just all a part of the game run by corrupt entities.

  5. which explains why they don't do a thing about real crime like the illegal naked shorting.. cause that is being done by their real bosses.

  6. so everyone gets all signed up ... all legal huh? then everyone all comes under the SEC's jurisdiction?

and then the SEC decides to pursue some other witch hunt... they could take everyone out over night.

  7. you knw what, that is the only reason I would consider not getting the 7. It does seem like a mob. It must all be about fees and positioning for their bosses I still dont understand why the heck they chose tuco to bury. with all the jasper cap.s and david glass's running around NY.....why would they choose san diego? I just dont get it..... anyways, what do you guys think of futures prop, whats a good split?
