PCI Express 16x video card with passive headsink?

Which are the Dual-Head PCI Express 16x video cards with no fans at all, with passive, silent headsink?

I used to buy Matrox cards but now the P650 PCIe 128 or the P650 LP PCIe 64 have (noisy for me) fans.
G550 LP PCIe or G550 PCIe are only 1X.

Any other brand with PCI Express 16X and stable drivers with dual head features?

 

Nvidia Quadro NVS 280/285. 64MB Ram.

All of those cards come with 1 DVI and 1 D-Sub. All of them but one employ passive cooling method and could be as cheap as $30.

those are call heat pipes... you do pay a preimum for it.

- 2 x VGA or 2 x DVI.

- up to 1600x1200 DVI

- fairly low power

- no fan.

- cheap on eBay

Anyone is using 2 of these PCIe cards for a quad-screen output setup?

 

I use 1 PCIe 6600gt,.... and a PCI 5200
