BT I completely agree with you, I see as a big mistake, the practices of some firms that are ready to risk their money (and a lot) on people with potential, but cannot offer them a good environment. In the end any person with a head upon their shoulders will quit and go on their own or with another firm once they learned to trade and lost a lot of firm money during the process.
